Yes! You can export your current cart or any past sales order as a CSV file. Once exported, you can make changes directly in the CSV and upload it back to the platform to quickly create a new order — ideal for saving time on repeat or bulk orders.

Draft orders are perfect for customers managing multiple orders at once. You can add items to your cart and either process the order immediately or save it as a draft. All active draft orders are listed in the Draft Orders section, and you can edit them anytime to update quantities, products, or other details before finalizing.
