If Something’s Not Right
If you receive a product that:

isn’t what you ordered, or

doesn’t meet the quality you expected
please let us know straight away. We’ll investigate and fix the issue quickly.
✔ If a return is needed, we’ll take care of the arrangements at no cost to you.
✘ We may not be able to accept a return if the product isn’t faulty or has been stored or used incorrectly.
Standard Returns

You can return products within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and undamaged.

You’ll need a Return Authorisation before sending items back (we’ll provide this once your request is approved).
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note:

A restocking fee may apply.
